The fastest path is email. We aim to reply within one business day. Before you write — most usage questions are answered on the Help page, including file formats, daily limits, score meanings, and "why won't my video upload?"
Pick the right channel
Reporting a bug
To make a bug report actionable, include: what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, the URL you were on, your browser and OS, and a screenshot or screen recording if visible. If a specific upload failed, include the file format, size, and duration.
Public issues and feature requests live on GitHub. Anything that touches your account, billing, or uploaded creative — email support@theadbench.ai instead, not GitHub.
Security disclosures
If you've found a security issue, email legal@theadbench.ai with "Security disclosure" in the subject. Please don't open a public GitHub issue with vulnerability details. We'll acknowledge within two business days and work with you on a coordinated disclosure timeline.
Data and deletion requests
You can request deletion of any uploaded creative or your email from our list. Email legal@theadbench.ai from the address you used. We process these within a commercially reasonable time. See Terms for the full data policy.
Press & partnerships
Press, podcast invitations, conference panels, integration partnerships — support@theadbench.ai with "Press" in the subject. We're a small operation; we read everything and reply when there's a real fit.
What we won't do
We don't take cold sales pitches, SEO link-building requests, or guest-post offers. Those go straight to the trash. We also don't share customer email lists or uploaded creative with third parties — see Terms §3-§5.
